We keep what the parcel and the tax office need. Nothing more.

What we collect

When you order we store your name, e-mail address, delivery address, phone number if you gave one, what you bought, and the payment reference from our payment provider. We do not see or store card or bank details.

What we use it for

• Delivering the books and e-mailing you the receipt and the tracking number.
• Booking the parcel with the carrier, who receives your name, address, phone and e-mail for delivery, and a customs declaration outside the EU.
• Keeping the records Dutch tax law requires, for seven years.
• Answering your e-mails.

We do not send newsletters, we do not sell or share your details for marketing, and we do not profile you.

Cookies

The shop uses one session cookie to remember your basket and to protect forms. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. The payment page is run by our payment provider under their own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or, once the legal retention period allows, deleted. E-mail [email protected]. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
