Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT where it applies. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken in full when you order, through our payment provider; we never see your card or bank details. Your order is confirmed by e-mail once the payment is received.

Delivery

We post within the handling time shown on the book page, as a tracked parcel, to the address you gave us. Delivery estimates are the carrier's. For destinations outside the EU, import duties and taxes are for the recipient. If a parcel is lost in transit, we send a replacement or refund you.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, by e-mailing us. Return the book undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us. We refund the full amount, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the return. You pay the return shipping. A sealed section that has been opened counts as damage.

Problems

If a book arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within a reasonable time and we put it right at our cost: a replacement or a full refund, your choice. Dutch law applies, and Dutch consumer protection applies in full. Complaints go to the e-mail address above; we answer within a few working days. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
