Orders leave our office in Warmond within 1–2 working days. Every parcel has a tracking number, which we e-mail you the moment it is on its way. Shipping is one flat price per zone, shown at checkout before you pay.

Europe means the EU plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. Delivery times are the carrier's estimates and start when the parcel is posted.

Outside the EU

Parcels to countries outside the European Union travel with a customs declaration. Your country may charge import duties or taxes before delivery; those are set by your customs office and are not included in our price. Books are duty-free in most countries, but VAT or sales tax can apply.

Returns

As a consumer in the EU you may return a book within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. E-mail [email protected] with your order number, send the book back undamaged in its original packaging, and we refund the full order amount including the original shipping within 14 days of receiving it. The cost of sending it back is yours, unless the book arrived damaged or was not what you ordered, in which case we pay for everything.

Please do not break the seal of When Cages Fly's middle chapter if you may want to return it; a book with the seal opened cannot be resold.

Damaged on arrival?

Photograph the parcel and the damage and e-mail us within a few days. We send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
